A hardworking Customer Assistant and Training Mentor with 5+ years experience developing the growth and success of employees within a dynamic working environment. Recently achieved a First Class Honours Degree within the creative industry whilst directing a small internal production company with the university.

Currently studying an advanced Business Management Level 7 course, facilitating all aspects of business amongst all contemporary sectors. Ultimately seeking a new challenge whilst leveraging strong leadership and developing ongoing entrepreneurial spirit.

Mitchell utilises his strong leadership abilities in an operation, where he enjoys attaining control, assuring that the job will be completed to the required needs. However, he also flourishes whilst learning new ideas within a team working environment.
